Transportation

Transportation arrangements, from the airport to the hotel and back, and day-to-day in Colorado, are up to you.

The hotel only uses an 8 passenger van to shuttle people to and from the airport. This is definitely not adequate for all of us and cannot be relied upon when dozens of our people are flying in and out on the same day for our conference. Please make arrangments to share a rental car using the "share a car" section of this page.

Roommates

You are encouraged to call another Club Member and agree to be roommates before you register. If you want a double room with a roommate, but do not know anyone who can room with you, the Club Office will be happy to select a roommate for you. The registration form lets you choose this option.

Room Rates

$500.00 - Single Room registration for August 1-5th, 2009
$350.00 - Single Room registration for August 3-5th, 2009
$600.00 - Double Room registration for August 1-5th, 2009
$450.00 - Double Room registration for August 3-5th, 2009
The rates for rooms include all conference materials and include a special conference room price for the dates of the Club Conference only. If you plan on arriving a day early or staying later than the conference dates, you cannot use conference room pricing. You must call the hotel and arrange for your own room and your own pricing for extra days/nights. www.hotels.com or similar websites often offer great rates.

Deadlines and Additional Fees

• Deadline for Registering is July 1st 2009.
• No refunds will be given after August 6th 2009.
• After the registration deadline of July 1st, there will be a $25 administration service fee for each change requested. For instance, if you change from a double room to a single room, or change roommates, you will be charged this administration fee.
• If you change from a double room to a single room, you will have to pay the difference in room rates.

Hotel Policies

• Check-In Time: Check-in time is guaranteed at 4.00 P.M. Any other time before 4:00 P.M., day of arrival, is upon availability and not guaranteed.
• Check-Out Time: Check-out time is at noon, day of departure.
• Room Type Guarantees: We make every effort to meet all room requests. However, room numbers, room types and/or location of rooms cannot be guaranteed.
• Alcohol Consumption: Outside alcohol (alcohol purchased anywhere other than the hotel bar) may not be consumed in the hotel lobby or restaurant area. Consumption of outside liquor violates our liquor license and current liquor laws.
• Food: Outside food (food purchased anywhere other than the hotel restaurant) may not be consumed in the hotel public areas. Outside food consumption in public areas is in violation of current FDA laws.
• Deposit Procedures: Guests will be required to leave a valid credit card or a $50.00 cash deposit with the front desk for any incidentals that maybe incurred. This also includes rooms that are being paid for by a group or company.
• Swimming pool area: Anyone under the age of 18 must have the supervision of an adult. This includes using the pool, sauna, hot tub and fitness center. The swimming pool and above-mentioned areas are closed to anyone under 18 years old from 10:00 P.M. until 8:00 A.M.
